Floyd Carlson has been coaching and leading teams for over 30 years in the military and in the corporate world.
He currently serves as a Corporate Sales Executive at CRR Global, a coach training company, and through his own company Relatence, he also coaches executives and individuals.
He served 13 years in the U.S. Army and was an Airborne, Ranger, Infantry Officer, who served in Germany, Operations Desert Storm, and Panama. He commanded two companies in the 101st “Screaming Eagles” Airborne Division.
After his military career he spent 15 years in Belgium working for Cisco Systems in various leadership roles. He then served as Director of Learning and Organizational Development for the major manufacturing company GreenHeck, a North American leader in the design and manufacture of HVAC systems.
Floyd’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. He is trained and certified in a number of professional coaching organizations.
Floyd’s passions are spending time with his family, coaching, and running. To date he has run 22 marathons.
His presentation “Conscious Leadership In Action” will be informative, and inspiring.
