David Schultz is a distinguished Professor at Hamline University in the Departments of Political Science, Legal Service, and Environmental Services. His is also a Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota.

David has a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, a J.D. and L.L.M. in Law, Ph.D. in Political Science, and a Masters Degree in Astronomy.

He is a three-time Fulbright Scholar who has taught extensively in Europe and Asia and is the winner of the Leslie A. Whittington National Award for Excellence in Public Affairs Teaching.

David is the author of more than 35 books and over 200 articles on various aspects of American politics, election law, and the media and politics. He is regularly interviewed and quoted in the local, national and international media including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and national public radio.

David’s presentation “The Lessons of the 2020 Election and The Future of American Politics” will be informative, relevant, interesting, and challenging.
