2024 Meetings
For our May 10, 2024, luncheon pre-registration and payment for lunch is required, by 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 2, 2024. PLEASE NOTE THIS REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
We meet at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Roseville, 2540 Cleveland Ave, Roseville, MN 55113. Doors open at 11am, lunch is served at 11:15am and the program starts promptly at 11:30am.
Tony Price is the speaker at the Friday, May 10, 2024, meeting. Tony, a military veteran, is the Executive Director of the Gold Star Ride Foundation dedicated to honoring the families of those who have offered up a family member killed while serving in the U.S. military. For more than a decade, Tony has traveled the country, on a motorcycle, to visit over 490 families. The stories of his travels and the families impacted by these recognitions are informative, inspiring, at times tearful, at times entertaining, and fulfilling. They are written up in his book Yours, Very Sincerely And Respectfully: The True Story of the Gold Star Ride Foundation’s 2018 Journey Across, Around and Through America, Honoring Gold Star Families.
The theme of Tony’s presentation is: “The Gold Star Ride – Recognizing the Families of Fallen Veterans”.
Note that only paid registrants are allowed at the meeting and walk-ons are not permitted. Because of the Club’s financial obligations, attending to only listen to the speaker without a paid registration is not an option. Walk-ins are not permitted.
